The Real Estate Agents Association of Alicante joins the ALIA Network of Collaborators

The Investment Attraction Office of Alicante ALIA and the Official Association of Real Estate Agents (API Alicante) have formalized a cooperation agreement by which this entity and its member companies have been integrated into the network of collaborators of the Alicante agency.

The agreement has been subscribed by the president of API Alicante, Marifé Esteso Rubio, and by the Councilor of Employment and Promotion of the city and president of the Local Development Agency (promoter of ALIA), María del Carmen de España.

De España emphasized that this collaboration aims to “establish the appropriate actions so that API and its collaborating companies are an important ambassador of the proposals that the city offers to organizations and companies to settle” in its municipality, “and enjoy the quality of life, climate and aid for development and employment generated by the Local Development Agency,” she added.

ALIA is the Investment Attraction Office of the city of Alicante, promoted by the Local Development Agency of the City Council of Alicante, whose mission is to attract, advise and assist companies and projects that wish to establish themselves in the city, through personalized consulting services, economic diplomacy and information on the potential, sectors, services and competitive advantages of Alicante, as well as business opportunities and its business network.

For its part, the Official Association of Real Estate Agents of the province of Alicante is a public law corporation, of a professional nature, recognized and protected by the Spanish Constitution, with its own legal personality and full capacity for the fulfillment of its purposes.
