The start-up Hydros Power, founded at the Alicante Science Park and linked to the Impulsalicante Business Incubator, is once again making a name for itself on the international stage. The company has been selected as a finalist in the Best Greentech Start-up category at the 2026 Global Start-up Awards.
Having recently been named the best Greentech startup in Southern Europe, Hydros Power aims to continue climbing the ranks to become Europe’s most innovative green technology startup. Its green hydrogen system continues to attract the attention of the international industry, which already recognises the potential of the Alicante-based company.
Among its most recent projects, the start-up is leading a European project with over one million euros in funding, aimed at validating and scaling up its hydrogen capsule exchange system.
The final decision of the competition combines the assessment of an international jury with the public vote. From Alicante Futura and ALIA, we encourage the Alicante community to support its candidacy and raise the profile of projects that reflect Alicante’s talent and technological innovation.
