With the support of Casa Mediterráneo and Impulsalicante, the event wasa clear example of ALIA’s strong commitment to economic diplomacy and its mission to build real bridges between the Alicante ecosystem and key international markets—both to support the growth of local companies and to attract foreign investment to our region.
Throughout the session, four international experts shared practical and cultural insights on doing business with China, Ukraine, Sweden, and Algeria—countries with which ALIA has been building institutional and business relationships as part of its internationalization strategy.
- Binbin Ji, CEO of Code Consulting and Treasurer of APPME, spoke on strengthening business cooperation with China.
- Oleksandr Predytkevych, partner at Lex Dictum and co-founder of Ukr-Connect, highlighted opportunities for reconstruction and collaboration with Ukraine.
- Enrique Peláez Robles, delegate of the Spanish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce, shared key insights on the Swedish business ecosystem.
- Ismael Martín, General Manager of CCIHA and former executive at CaixaBank in Algeria, discussed emerging trade opportunities with Algeria.
Moderated by Arturo Albaladejo, President of Jovempa Alicante, the conversation was dynamic, practical, and action-oriented—reinforcing the idea that internationalization is not just about exporting, but about understanding and connecting with other business cultures.
